SALIIO provides original stories through the Telegram bot and its Mini App. This policy explains the data used to run the service.

What we collect: Telegram user ID and language; stories and episodes opened; reading and click times; payment status, Stars amount and Telegram payment reference; and messages you choose to send to support. We do not ask for a password or card number.

Why: To deliver chapters, remember reading progress, unlock paid episodes, answer support requests and measure aggregate use.

Services: Telegram delivers bot messages and processes Stars payments. Cloudflare hosts the bot and stores service data. OpenAI may generate original chapters when first requested; story context is sent for generation, without your Telegram user ID.

Retention and choices: We keep service records while needed to operate the bot and resolve purchases or support. To request access or deletion of your data, contact us using @GetNextEpisodeBot and send /paysupport. Some purchase records may need to be retained to resolve transactions.

Datos recopilados: ID e idioma del usuario de Telegram; historias y episodios abiertos; horas de lectura y clics; estado de pago, importe en Stars y referencia del pago de Telegram; y mensajes que envíes voluntariamente a soporte. No pedimos contraseñas ni números de tarjeta.

Finalidad: Entregar episodios, guardar el progreso, desbloquear episodios pagados, responder a soporte y medir el uso agregado.

Servicios: Telegram entrega los mensajes y procesa los pagos con Stars. Cloudflare aloja el bot y guarda los datos. OpenAI puede generar capítulos originales cuando se solicitan por primera vez; se le envía el contexto de la historia sin tu ID de Telegram.
